Payment

I accept VISA and MasterCard,. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted. If you pay by personal check, please allow time for your check to clear while processing your order. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s..

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required on all orders. Balance must be paid prior to shipping. If paid by credit card, the balance will be charged to your card when your order is complete and ready for shipping. Deposits cannot be refunded when the work has begun. PAYMENT IN FULL is required on all personalized orders. Please note that after an item has been personalized, it can not be exchanged or returned for refund. Please make sure you have the correct color and style.

Delivery

Delivery time is quoted when you place your order. Western boots ordered by photos are usually shipped within 6-8 weeks, depending on availability of the skins or leather. Delivery of custom designs and special make-up orders will be determined when you place your order.

Shipping

I primarily ship UPS. Therefore a street address is needed. Standard shipments take 3-7 days in the U.S. and up to 2 weeks for overseas. For overnight, second, or third day delivery, there will be an additional charge.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available and must be PREPAID. I will also extend the same personal service to your gift recipient.

 Returns

 Those items that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned. When returning any item, please call and speak to me before returning it.

I guarantee all of our workmanship 100%. All leathers including exotic skins are subject to very slight imperfections therefore are not guaranteed.
